Our Biancolilla shines in this bright and tangy dressing!
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp mustard (see note)
1/2 tsp anchovy paste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 TBS parmigiano grated on a microplane
In a jar or measuring cup, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, anchovy paste, black pepper, and parmigiano until blended well.
Add Olio Taibi Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil and whisk to combine throughly.
Your choice of mustard can change up this dressing to suit your tastes! While you can make this with any basic dijon style, we love Raye's Stoneground Mustards for this dressing. Their Wintergarden is a great mild choice with some extra herbs, but the White Lightening adds an extra zip. Have fun!
