Made from the best varieties of Sicilian olives, it is a round and fruity oil. Each plant is closely cared for and studied to ensure that you are getting the best olive oil that can be produced.

This oil is produced at the hands of Gino Taibi on his grandfather's estate in harmony with the Sicilian sun. Gino's farm is located in the south of Sicily in the heart of the ancient and historical Temples' Valley. He carefully supervises each phase of the production process in order to guarantee that everything is done according to traditions that have been developed over the centuries. Integrating the body of knowledge inherited from his ancestors with the most modern ideas and techniques of organic farming, Gino proudly produces this rare olive oil.

The olives are harvested as soon as possible, immediately cold-pressed, then bottled on the Taibi family estate. Genuine, versatile, and healthy, it enriches the simplest bruschetta to the most sophisticated gourmet recipe. In order to guarantee this extremely high level of quality, Olio Taibi is produced for a limited number of bottles each year and can only be ordered directly from the Taibi family.
